About the course

🌸 Children as young as five can learn to meditate—and it’s one of the most meaningful ways to support their early growth.

✨ In just one gentle one-on-one session (about an hour), they receive a sound that’s just for them. This becomes their quiet companion—something they can return to anytime they need calm, confidence, or focus.

🧸 Children are often natural meditators. They don’t overthink it. They approach the practice with curiosity and playfulness, which makes learning feel light and joyful.

⏳ They'll meditate for just a few minutes, twice a day—usually their age in minutes. So an 8-year-old would do 8 minutes, morning and evening. It’s easy, screen-free, and can even be done while playing, walking, or snuggling with a favorite toy

🌱 Teens and older children can join the full 4-day course (7 hours total). It gives them a deeper understanding of how meditation works, how it supports their mind and body, and how it can help them feel more focused, confident, and emotionally grounded in their daily lives.

Sakura meditation for young children: 5-9 years

Children as young as five can learn to meditate. In just one gentle one-on-one session (about an hour), they receive a sound that’s just for them. This becomes their quiet companion—something they can return to anytime they need calm, confidence, or focus.

It’s easy, screen-free, and they don’t need to sit still with their eyes closed. They can do it while playing, walking, or snuggling with a favorite toy.

Sakura meditation for older children: 10-15 years

✨ Older kids learn the same eyes-closed meditation technique as grown-ups—just with shorter sessions that match their age. So a 12-year-old would meditate for 12 minutes at a time. That’s all it takes to nourish their mind, body and nervous system, helping them feel more balanced at home, at school, and in everything they do.

🌱 The session is simple and light. We meet for about an hour with a parent or guardian present—no need for a full course. And when they grow older, they’re always welcome to come back and join the adult course, free of charge.

Sakura meditation for young adults: 16+ years students

✨ Young people today are carrying so much. As school life speeds up and new pressures set in, stress can quietly build—and often becomes even more intense after graduation.

🌿 This course gives them something essential: a way to rest, reset, and reconnect. Students will learn the full eyes-closed technique, just like adults, giving them a simple tool they can use anytime, anywhere. It’s a skill for life—supporting their well-being, confidence, and clarity as they step into who they’re becoming.
