Day 1 - Monday - private 1 hour session on Zoom - you choose your time

Days 2, 3 & 4 - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

at 11 - 13 OR 17 -19 (2h group session on Zoom)

Location: Online over Zoom, from the comfort of your home
